2025 HOA DUES
Annual Homeowners Association dues are being mailed the week of November 18, 2024. The amount of $500.00 is payable in full by January 1, 2025.
All lot owners/residents are responsible for payment.

1 Clean out debris
2 Trim rogue branches
3 Clean out the gutters
4 Add new shrubs and or spring bulbs
5 Cut back perennials
6 Prune trees and shrubs
7 Rack leaves and mulch
8 Power wash deck and or patio
