The Polo Fields Community Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization established to promote the well-being of The Polo Fields community.
Please keep in mind that maintenance fees are due at the beginning of each year. These are necessary to enhance and maintain the value of our neighborhood. Late notices will be sent out monthly to any homeowner that is 45 days past due. The Board is obligated to take action to protect the interest of the property and a lien may be filed on your property.
The social membership portion of your dues, which are required for some sections, gives your family complete use of the clubhouse facilities, including the swimming pool, dining room, tennis court and playground.
The social membership fees are billed monthly at $65.00 and are due on the 1st of every month. Resident Golf Members will receive a $25 credit towards their Country Club bill.
Golf privileges are covered separately, through an initiation fee and monthly dues to play unlimited golf. For additional details on the golf memberships please consult with the Polo Fields Country Club 502-244-6688.
The dues schedule is subject to change from time to time. The basis for the change is actual cost and the number of completed and occupied homes in the community.
